The ROUSH Stage 2 Mustang is built atop the legendary Mustang GT platform. The 5.0L V8 engine produces an incredible 435 horsepower and 400 lb-ft of torque out of the box. The core and optional ROUSH body and chassis components transform the ROUSH Stage 2 into the ultimate Mustang. ROUSH body components add true race-inspired styling, while the upgraded ROUSH suspension paired with wheels and tires add grip to curve corners like never before, boasting 1.07g on the skid pad.
For the 2017 model year, the base price of the ROUSH Stage 2 Mustang package is $10,000, down over $1,000 from the 2016 model. New for the 2017 model year, the RS2 can now be built from the 300A package - a savings of an additional $4,000 in the base vehicle cost.
Exterior
ROUSH has gone to great lengths to enhance the appearance and functionality of the ROUSH Stage 2 Mustang, with the addition of the front fascia with aero pockets, high-flow upper grille with “2” badging, a high-flow lower opening, front chin splitter, hood scoop, body side scoops, and more.
ROUSH exterior upgrades are precision-engineered with CAD/CAM design and manufactured using the same processes that major automotive manufacturers use for OE-quality appearance, longevity, and fit.
